“Macho Man” Meals

I enjoy eating clean and try to incorporate healthy meals into my household as often as possible, but with a big, handsome fiancé with an appetite, I sometimes stray from the super simple!

Below are some of the latest and greatest meals for our male counterparts with big hearts and big appetites!

FlatOut Chicken Parm

1 wheat FlatOut flatbread
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 teaspoons tomato sauce or pizza sauce

preheat oven to 350°F
create pizza & add to oven for 5 minutes

Spicy Steak & Vegetables

1 lb. steak (whatever cut is preferred)
2 potatoes (washed, boiled & mashed)
1 cup corn (fresh or frozen)

add to skillet:
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (flakes/canned/fresh)

add steak & cook until desired preparedness

Friday Night Pizza Pie

on pizza dough (fresh or frozen) add desired toppings
add to 400°F oven
cook until crust is golden brown (about 12-15 minutes)

Meat Lovers FlatOut Pizza Pie

1 wheat FlatOut flatbread
1/2 cup cooked bacon
1/2 cup cooked sausage
1 cup cheddar cheese
1/2 cup tomato or pizza sauce

preheat oven to 350°F
create pizza with desired toppings
add pizza to oven cook for 5 minutes

Stuffed Shells

2 cups large shells (cooked & drained)
1/2 cup ricotta cheese
1 cup tomato sauce
1 cup mozzarella cheese

in glass dish, add cheeses and spoon into shells
cover with sauce and added cheese (if desired)
cook at 350°F for 15 minutes
garnish with sea salt, pepper & crushed red pepper flakes
