FlatOut Flatbread

With lots of fiber and labor while low in fat, FlatOut flatbreads are a go-to in my kitchen for savory sandwiches, delicious pizzas and healthy wraps! From breakfast to lunch, dinner and dessert, FlatOut has got you covered!

Below I have listed some of my favorite FlatOut recipes from breakfast to dessert!

Breakfast
A Warm Breakfast Hug

1 FlatOut wrap
egg whites
low-moisture mozzarella cheese
green peppers
1 tsp. coconut oil

Add coconut oil to skillet on medium heat
Add egg whites & cook
Add FlatOut to 350°F for 3 minutes or until golden brown
Add egg whites, cheese, peppers
Garnish with sea salt and pepper
Roll & enjoy!

FlatOut Fabulous Breakfast

1 FlatOut wrap
Choice of cheese & ham
1 tsp. coconut oil
1 egg

Low-sodium ham
Laughing Cow cheese
Spread cheese & lay ham on top
Add coconut oil to skillet on medium heat
Cook egg to desired consistency
Garnish with sea salt and pepper
Roll & enjoy!

Lunch
Turkey Time

low-moisture mozzarella
2 slices low-sodium turkey
Assemble turkey & ham on FlatOut
Heat oven to 350°F
Cook for 3-5 minutes or until golden brown
Garnish with sea salt & pepper
Roll & enjoy!

Sweet Ham & Cheese Pocket

Low-sodium ham
Egg whites
Low-moisture mozzarella  cheese
1 tablespoon Pineapple Peach Salsa
1 teaspoon coconut oil

Add ham and cheese to FlatOut
Add to 350°F oven for 5 minutes
Add coconut oil and egg whites to skillet on medium heat
Cook and add on top of ham & cheese
Garnish with sea salt and pepper
Add salsa for sweet and savory combination.

1 FlatOut wheat wrap
Tuna salad
(diced celery/diced green pepper/sea salt & pepper)
Low-moisture mozzarella cheese
Add to preheated 350°F oven
Cook for 5 minutes or until cheese is golden brown
Garnish with sea salt & pepper

Tuna Salad and Fresh Veggies

1 FlatOut Foldit
Tuna salad
(diced celery, diced pepper, salt & pepper)
1 large carrot, washed and sliced
lettuce, washed and dried

Arrange lettuce, tuna and carrots on FoldIt
Simply fold & enjoy!

The Italian Stallion

1 FlatOut Flatbread
Low-fat ham
Low-sodium turkey
1 slice American cheese
Lettuce, washed & dried
1 tsp. balsamic vinegar
1 tsp. olive oil

Assemble protein on FlatOut
Lightly drizzle balsamic & olive oil
Roll & enjoy!

Chicken Salad FlatOut

1 FlatOut flatbread
2 cups chicken salad (store-bought or homemade)
1 cup cabbage
1 large carrot (washed and cut)

Arrange chicken salad and veggies on flatbread
Garnish with sea salt & pepper
Roll & enjoy!

The Fuel-Filled FlatOut

1 FlatOut flatbread
2 slices low-sodium ham
3 slices turkey
cheese of choice

Arrange meats and cheese on flatbread
Garnish with sea salt & pepper
Roll & enjoy!

Wild Rice & Veggies FlatOut

1 Multi-grain FlatOut
1 cup wild rice, cooked & drained
1 cup corn
1 cup sweet potatoes, cooked & drained
1/2 cup low-fat mozzarella cheese

Top FlatOut with cheese
Add to 350°F oven
Cook for 5 minutes or until cheese is golden brown
Add rice and vegetables to FlatOut
Garnish with sea salt & pepper
Roll up and enjoy!

Dinner
FlatOut Margherita

3 tsp. olive oil
1 tsp. balsamic vinegar
1 small tomato, sliced thin
3 slices of mozzarella cheese
basil, stems removed & chopped
1/2 clove garlic, diced

Combine olive oil and diced garlic
Brush FlatOut with half of the oil/garlic combination
Add to 350°F oven for 3 minutes
Remove from oven and add tomatoes & cheese
Return to 350°F oven for 5 minutes
Remove from oven
Garnish with basil, sea salt, pepper, olive oil & balsamic
Slice & enjoy!

Fresh Fish FlatOut

1 FlatOut flatbread
1/2 lb. cooked fish
lettuce (and/or veggies of choice)
1/2 tomato

Add fish and veggies to flatbread
Garnish with sea salt & pepper
Roll & enjoy!

BBQ Chicken FlatOut

1 FlatOut flatbread
2 cups cooked and shredded chicken
1/2 cup shredded cheese
Sauce of choice

Assemble chicken and cheese on flatbread
Add to 350°F oven for 5 minutes
Remove from oven and garnish with sea salt and pepper
Top with sauce of choice (BBQ below)
Slice & enjoy!

The Hungry Man Pizza

1 FlatOut Flatbread
1/2 lb. cooked hamburg
2 cooked strips bacon
6 pieces pepperoni
1 tablespoon tomato sauce
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese
Spread sauce evenly on FlatOut

Sprinkle cheese on top
Add cooked meat
Add to preheated 350°F oven for 5 minutes
Slice & enjoy!

1 FlatOut flatbread
Low-sodium ham

1 FlatOut flatbread
3 fully cooked  whole grain breaded chicken breast strips
Shredded mozzarella cheese
Tomato sauce

Top flatbread with sauce and cheese
Add to 350°F oven for 5 minutes
Add fully cooked chicken
Garnish with sea salt & pepper
Slice & enjoy!

1 FlatOut flatbread
Mozzarella cheese
Tomato sauce
1 cup vegetable of choice (fresh or frozen)
1 tsp coconut oil

Add coconut oil to skillet on medium heat
Add vegetables to skillet
Heat until lightly browned
Garnish with sea salt & pepper
Add sauce & cheese to flatbread
Add to 350°F oven for 5 minutes
(or until cheese is golden)
Add toppings (if desired)
Slice & enjoy!

2 cups tuna salad (homemade or store bought)
1/2 cup diced carrots
1/2 cup diced celery
1/2 cup diced yellow pepper

Combine tuna and vegetables
Add flatbread to 350°F oven until golden brown
Top flatbread with tuna salad
Garnish with sea salt & pepper

Dessert
FlatOut After Dark

1 FlatOut flatbread
Hazelnut spread
1 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)
Organic dark chocolate

Spread Hazelnut spread on flatbread
Top with raspberries and chocolate
Add to 350°F oven for 3 minutes
Slice & enjoy!

Clean Apple Pie FlatOut

1 FlatOut flatbread
1 tsp coconut oil
Dash of cinnamon
1 apple (washed and sliced)
1 cup Greek yogurt

Add coconut oil and cinnamon to skillet
Add apples and sauté until golden brown
Top flatbread with Greek yogurt, apples and cinnamon (if desired)
Roll & enjoy!
