Ciabatta bread is my all-time favorite sandwich bread because of its ability to maintain a crunchy crust and yet stays delicate and soft on the inside! Hampton Creek’s Just Mayo begs to be spread all over a thick slice of ciabatta and adorned with greens and protein! My favorite Just Mayo is Sriracha but Hampton Creek offers other tempting flavors as well including garlic, chipotle and the original Just Mayo!


With a rich and velvety texture, Hampton Creek’s mayo is the perfect addition to rice and pasta dishes, potato salad or spread generously on top of your favorite bread!  I am hooked on Hampton Creek’s divine sriracha mayo! It has an amazing creamy flavor without overpowering any of my other ingredients and it is a perfect touch to my savory sandwiches! My favorite ways to enjoy Just Mayo are below for you to try the next time your sandwich is in need of saving!

Sriracha Sub

1 ciabatta sub toasted
1 handful washed greens (lettuce, spinach, etc.)
1/2 tomato, washed and thinly sliced
sliced oven roasted turkey breast
Just Mayo

toast your sliced sub
(at 350 ° for 5-7 mins. or broil for 3-5 mins.)
top toasted sub with tomato, turkey, greens and desired amount of Just Mayo

Whole-y Veggie

1 whole wheat roll
1 handful of washed greens
1 veggie burger, prepared as directed
(I prefer in a skillet with a tsp. of coconut oil!)
Just Mayo

toast your roll in the oven
while toasting, prepare your veggie burger until crisp on the outside
remove roll from oven
spread desired amount of Just Mayo on your roll
add washed and dried greens and veggie burger

Sriracha Sweet Potato Salad

1 cooked, washed and diced sweet potato
( I had both orange and purple on hand!)
1 washed and diced apple
natural whole almonds
natural dried cranberries
dash of cinnamon, sea salt and pepper (optional)
Just Mayo sriracha

once the sweet potatoes cool, combine all ingredients
mixed until Just Mayo is evenly distributed

Sweet Sriracha Sandwich

 1 toasted sub
1 cup washed and dried greens
1/2 apple thinly sliced
sliced oven roasted turkey breast (or protein of choice)
Just Mayo sriracha

toast sub and remove from oven
top toasted sub with greens, protein, apple and Just Mayo
