Another great recipe that I crafted in the kitchen is the tasty Green Turkey Burgers! Made with cooked white meat turkey and a few simple ingredients, this recipe makes 6-8 patties that can be stored in the freezer until needed!
To start, make sure your food processor is nearby as you will need it to evenly combine ingredients.
Green Turkey Burgers
3 cups shredded white meat turkey
1/2 tbl peppercorns
1/2 tsp sea salt
2 cups baby bok choy
1 cup spinach
2 garlic cloves
1/2 cup coconut oil
Here is a tip! To make symmetrical patties, I used a wrapped jar lid.
Once chopped and diced, add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl and combine until even. Add more coconut oil if needed.
To cook, remove from refrigerator or freezer and cook in a skillet with coconut oil. Cook until golden brown, flipping in between.
