Green Turkey Meatballs

  To combat cravings after the holidays, my green turkey meatballs are perfectly portable and easy to prepare!

Made with white meat turkey, vegetables and a touch of sweet, you won’t have to think twice about breakfast, lunch or dinner!

Before beginning, ensure a food processor and large mixing bowl and nearby.

Green Turkey Meat Balls

3 cups cooked, shredded white meat turkey
1/2 apple, diced
1 cup chopped spinach
1 tsp coconut oil
sea salt
pepper

Once the ingredients are combined, roll into inch-size balls side-by-side. They can be refrigerated or frozen until they are ready to be eaten!
